I have found that some days it is easy to get busy and forget to move away from (or even at) my desk. It seems like I can go hours with moving my mouse and clicking being my only movement!
Long stretches of sitting can be harmful to our health and can make our bodies stiff and uncomfortable. These stretches can be done at your desk or on your couch or any seat where you have the space and privacy (if you need it) to move.
